Simon, Age 52

"I have traveled around the world at least 8 times in the last 10 months. That's close to 200,000 miles. I enjoy playing at least four soccer games per week and referee another four games. Just for fun, I take care of two and a half-acres and wash as many as six cars per week.

Not bad for a 52 year old guy. I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost more than 12 pounds and eat anything I want.

My big secret is..... Dr. Johnson.

Dr. Johnson, I owe this all to you. Going to your office on a regular basis has turned my life around. I used to worry about driving to Los Angeles, to visit my sister, due to my back pain. I couldn't cut the grass, wash cars, or play any sports.
